About the role
Cashen sits at the intersection of institutional finance and a new blockchain ecosystem. Our users negotiate multi-million-dollar delegations through our platform, and the interface has to earn their trust at every step.
As our Product Designer you will own design across the product: marketing pages, onboarding, listing and proposal flows, and the dashboards where deals live.
What you will do
- Design flows for complex financial workflows: listings, counter-proposals, recalls, and settlements
- Build and maintain a cohesive design system across the marketing site and app
- Partner directly with founders and engineers to scope, prototype, and ship
- Run lightweight research with institutional users and translate findings into design decisions
What we are looking for
- 4+ years designing software products, ideally B2B or fintech
- A portfolio showing clear thinking on dense, data-heavy interfaces
- Fluency in Figma and comfort working close to the code
- Strong written communication — much of our collaboration is async
